About the Role
Requirements:
-Fluent in english to communicate with homeowners/property managers.
-CO driver’s license and transportation (potential for company vehicle).
-Must be willing to work overtime hours during peak seasonal demand.
-Detailed oriented.
-Understanding of budgets and company goals.
-Ability to safely drive a truck and trailer.
Compensation:
-Hourly rate is based on experience, punctuality, and overall attitude.
-Paid Weekly.

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour

Requirements
Responsibilities:
-Looking for one landscape construction foreman with sufficient experience and desire to run a crew efficiently.
-Directing the work of 2-6 team members
-Complete landscape projects to company standards. Projects to include plantings, mulch and rock installs, water features, outdoor kitchens, low voltage lighting systems, retaining walls, paver and flagstone patios, etc.
-Properly use equipment to perform daily tasks.
-Record crew’s daily hours and submit to office for payroll.
-Take care of company equipment and vehicles, report any issues needing to be addressed to management.
-Clearly communicate with clients to express issues and understand their needs.
-Snow removal in winter season months.
